Yes — it’s important to get medical clearance from your doctor or women’s health physiotherapist before starting postnatal Pilates. They can check your abdominal separation, pelvic floor, and incision healing if you had a C-section. Once cleared, you can begin gentle exercises safely and progress at your own pace under professional guidance.
